Check-in Instructions:

Enter your six-digit code and hit the checkmark to unlock the door. When leaving, enter the six-digit code and the lock symbol to lock the door.

Parking is free throughout the property.

The key fob for the pool and fitness center is on the counter when you enter the home. The fitness center is 24-hours and the pool/outdoor grill closes at 8:00 pm. We have pool towels for your use in the main bedroom.

The temperature is set at 72 degrees. Fell free to can change it to make it warmer or cooler.

Trash is picked up on weekdays. Please bag all garbage and place it in the bin outside the door. **IMPORTANT* Please secure the bin with the latch. We have raccoons in the area who love to get into unlocked trash bins.

Checkout

  • Check-out time is 10:00 am. Your keycode will become inactive at 10:00 am on your checkout date for the front door.
  • DO NOT remove the bed linen. Our housekeeping staff will remove and clean the bed linen, towels, and blankets.
  • Place all used towels in laundry baskets.
  • Place the key fob on the entry counter.
  • Turn off all lights.
  • Lock the front door. 
  • Send us a message letting us know that you checked out.
